How do I do it?
You can do Talk It Out on anything... Relationships, Work, Life.
Anything that feels like it needs some attention. All you have to do is grab your phone, connect a headset, hit the record button and talk into the App.
Why should I do Talk It Out?
We think about Talk It Out as a little bit like exercise being good for your body - we all need to do it and little and often can have a huge impact on our overall health and well being.
What’s more, this handy app is available to you whenever you need it, to use at a time and place that's right for you.
How do I find the time to Talk It Out?
First of all, Talk It Out takes as little as five minutes to do, or more time if you have it, so it's a very small amount of time used for such incredible benefits.
We find that it's easiest to make using the Talk It Out app part of our daily routine, like brushing your teeth or making a morning coffee.
Some of us use Talk It Out first thing, as part of a getting ready routine, for others it's a short break from our desks, for others at lunch and for some at the end of a busy day.
It really doesn't matter when you do it, what matters is you find that small amount of time to process what's going on in your own head.
You can also use the Talk It Out app on an ad hoc basis, used when you have a particular thing buzzing around your head. Perhaps there's a big decision to make, or a feeling of too much stuff in your head, which is causing confusion.
There are so many uses and the best thing to do is give it a go!
